Terms and Conditions: Lens to Leads

Owned and Operated by The 100K Photographer LLC

1. Intellectual Property & License

All content within "Lens to Leads"—including videos, templates, workflows, and PDF guides—is the exclusive property of The 100K Photographer LLC.

  • Limited License: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal/internal business use.

  • Prohibitions: You may not share your login credentials, resell the materials, or "white-label" our frameworks as your own. Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied, but we also protect our proprietary intellectual property.

  • The 7-Day Window: Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date.

  • The 10% Rule: Refunds are only eligible if the student has viewed/consumed less than 10% of the course content (as tracked by our hosting platform).

  • Digital Downloads: Any products designated as "downloadable" (e.g., preset packs, contract templates, lead magnets) are non-refundable once accessed. If you download these items, you waive your right to a refund for the entire course.

3. Payment Plans & Subscription Terms

By selecting an installment plan, you authorize The 100K Photographer LLC to automatically charge your provided payment method on the scheduled dates.

  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, our system will automatically revoke your access to the course and the Discord community immediately.

  • Restoration: Access will be restored once the account is brought current. You remain legally responsible for the full balance of the course regardless of your completion status.

4. Definition of "Lifetime Access"

"Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the buyer.

  • The 100K Photographer LLC commits to providing access to "Lens to Leads" for as long as the course is commercially offered and maintained by the Company.

  • Should the Company decide to retire the course, you will be given thirty (30) days' notice to download any available materials.

5. Community Guidelines

Access to the "Lens to Leads" Discord(or any other community) group is a voluntary bonus and not a part of the paid "core" product.

  • Authority: Admins appointed by The 100K Photographer LLC have sole discretion to remove or suspend any member for behavior deemed toxic, inappropriate, or disruptive.

  • No Refunds for Removal: Being removed from the Discord community for conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund for the course.

6. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

While "Lens to Leads" is designed to help photographers grow, The 100K Photographer LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific income levels or lead volume. Your success depends on your local market, your skill level, and your execution of the materials. Please see our Earnings Disclaimer for more.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the LLC’s registration.
